Progressive lenses from ₹999, frames from ₹350 and ₹400 with a one year warranty, blue block lenses from ₹599, and Kodak lenses on buy one get one are introductory prices on selected ranges. One offer applies per pair unless we say otherwise, and offers cannot be combined with the loyalty or referral benefit on the same bill.

Spend ₹1,200 in a single bill and you may pick ₹800 worth of products free from the eligible range. The free items are chosen at the time of billing and have no cash value. Availability depends on stock at the store you buy from.

Tell a friend about us. When they buy their first pair and name you at billing, a reward is credited to you and applied against a future purchase. Rewards are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred.

Ready-made items in unused condition can be exchanged within 7 days with the original bill. Prescription lenses are ground to your individual power, so they cannot be returned once made — but if the power or fit is wrong because of an error on our side, we remake them at no cost. Bring the glasses and the bill to either store.

We make lenses to the prescription you give us. If you supply a prescription from elsewhere, please make sure it is current and complete. If you are unsure, come in for an eye test first — a wrong power supplied by the customer is not a manufacturing fault.

Ready-made items usually ship within two working days. Prescription lenses take longer, depending on the lens and coating — we will tell you the expected date when you order. You are welcome to collect from either store instead.

Stock and prices can change. If an item is unavailable, or a price is listed in error, we will call you and either correct the order or cancel it without charge. Photographs are indicative; slight variation in colour and finish is normal.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Hubballi, Karnataka.
