Buy a frame from us — at ₹350 or ₹3,500 — and it comes with a one year warranty on the frame and hinges.
Manufacturing defects in the frame, hinge failure under normal use, and screw or nose-pad issues within the first year from the date of purchase.
Accidental damage, breakage from a fall or being sat on, scratches on lenses, and normal wear such as fading of colour or coating over time.
How do I make a claim?
Bring the glasses and your purchase bill to either store. Our team will inspect the frame and tell you on the spot whether it is covered.
Do lenses carry a warranty too?
Lens coverage depends on the lens brand and package. Kodak and our premium coated lenses carry their own manufacturer terms — ask us at the time of purchase and we will tell you exactly what applies.
What if I lost my bill?
Talk to us anyway. If we can trace the purchase in our records we will do our best to help.
Adjustments, tightening and nose-pad replacements are a normal part of owning glasses — drop in whenever your pair feels loose.
